To be honest, I am a big fan of this noodle shop called TETSU that is located near Roppongi station. It reminds me of my school days (When I wan in college, TETSU was also located in Kyoto station)
When I entered the restaurant, the waitress welcomes me with a big smile. I ordered basic Tsukemen（750yen) As you can see in this photo, it is totally different styles of Ramen. It is called Tsukemen in Japanese that is cold noodles with soup for dipping. TETSU's soup is made of dried bonito and pork bone.The taste is rich but not greasy. I strongly recommend you to eat here.
